IBRL acquires a Leading Dynamics partner’s AX business and assets in the Construction sector.

The acquisition builds on current offerings for the construction supply chain and its supply chain to make IBRL a leading end-to-end solution provider for the construction supply chain in the UK.

London, March 31st 2017 – Information Business Ready Limited (IBRL), one of the UKS fastest growing Microsoft Dynamics ERP Gold Partners and foremost providers of consulting, technology and services based around Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365. IBRL have announced it has signed a contract for the acquisition of the assets and business of m-hance Limited’s Dynamics AX business unit.

The acquisition reaffirms IBRL’s ongoing commitment to expand its capabilities and service offerings to support the manufacturing, distribution and supply chain segments, and this acquisition complements that strength by adding proven capability to the company’s portfolio. The acquisition, whereby IBRL will acquire the Dynamics AX business of m-hance Limited, was closed today.

m-hance’s AX business specialises in solutions for companies in the supply chain, providing solutions for hire and rental, service management, e-Invoicing, contract management etc, for their UK customers. The acquisition aims at strengthening IBRL’s broad solutions portfolio and leading position in the market.

The intellectual property and services developed by IBRL and the former m-hance business are built on a framework of Dynamics AX’s core Microsoft infrastructure. They are supported by a team of business consultants to provide seamless and accelerated implementations with a lower cost of ownership and are specifically designed to meet the highly complex requirements of companies operating in the supply chain markets.

Following the acquisition, m-hance’s AX business unit will operate under the IBRL brand and the staff will move over to the IBRL team, continuing support and services to the existing client base.
